Owners Brandon and Kayleigh are both from Upstate New York and have been apart of the Cape Coral Community since 2015. They are no strangers to hard work, and with determination opened a total of 7,200 sq. ft. of fun for your dogs! Offering services in dog boarding, dog daycare, and Grooming.
Kayleigh has been a Veterinary Technician for 9 years, and a Professional Pet sitter for 8 years. In Kayleigh’s years of working as a Technician, it trained her to offer unlimited care within her Pet Sitting business. Her dream job would be to open her own pet resort. This would include a fun, safe environment for dogs to come play, interact, but also cater to all personalities and needs that she has seen come through a veterinary setting that require a little more patience and TLC. Brandon comes from a business background where he assisted in managing and operating his long running family business for 30 years, Thunder Island; an entertainment facility consisting of a water park, amusement rides, indoor banquets and events. Brandon grew up learning to design, build, open and operate, various levels of the business from his father and mother, and would later become an integral part of that business. Being the 4th generation of entrepreneurs, it was only natural for Brandon to venture into unfamiliar territory. This well experienced partnership would evolve to create a business that they both could enjoy doing. The man who would carry on family tradition, and a woman with a dream and pet industry experience. |
Meet Amanda!
Position: Manager
Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I have a true passion for animal welfare. I have over 20 years experience providing pet care. I have been around animals my whole life and absolutely love the joy they bring. I have previously worked and volunteered at animal rescues along with running an in home pet care service in Cape Coral. I grew up in New England where I gained a lot of experience caring for barnyard animals including our family's potbelly pigs. I am a mother of two amazing boys Devon (20) & Cameron (18). Before moving to Cape Coral I owned and operated a local children's boutique in New Hampshire. Some of my hobbies are hiking, snorkeling, antiquing, and traveling. I love nature and all it has to offer. On my time off I enjoy day trips to explore new places, going to botanical gardens, searching for shark teeth, or trying a unique experience like goat yoga. You might see some videos of my dog Georgia playing in daycare. She loves to come to work with me! One of my most favorite things about my job is getting the opportunity to work with all breeds all sizes. I am thankful for the awesome staff we have here! I am also, very thankful to our clients for giving us the opportunity to love and care for their pups!

Hi! I'm Krystal. Animals have been my life ever since I could walk! I’ve always had some kind of animal living in my house growing up. I am enrolled at Cape Coral Technical College for Veterinary Assistant. I’ve worked at another doggie daycare/ boarding facility before joining the team here at Tiki Tails. Working with dogs is the best thing ever! I’m always going to know I’ll have a great day because of all the puppies! My goal is to go to Santa Fe College and get into Zoology Technician Program. I want to eventually be able to work with marine animals more specifically sharks and turtles!

I sometimes have to howl to quiet my friends when they're being to loud, you'll see me doing so in all the videos on our Facebook stories. Someone has to do the bossy work sometimes, but back to play per usual after. I like in my free time to nap hard, and steal my parents bed to do so. I love to bother my cat siblings when I am not napping and watch over the water in my backyard. Treat time are my favorite too!
